ICONS OF NEW YORK CITY
390 W. Broadway
(between Spring and Broome Sts.)
JUNE 30th, 2017: 7pm - 10pm
Finally, after years of being hidden away from street-level view, the Michael Ingbar Gallery is temporarily expanding within a summer pop-up on 390 West Broadway, beginning June 30th. All are welcome to explore the new space, which is co-shared with the popular, high-end belt manufacturer, Upton Belts (amongst other companies). The juxtaposing of art and consumer goods allows for an interesting and innovative new way for the gallery to present its carefully selected artworks.
The inaugural show in the new gallery will feature paintings by Affordable Art Fair’s best-selling Australian artist, David Hinchliffe. The Hinchliffe available at the pop-up includes affordable paintings of the famous Soho haunt, Fanelli’s, and the Singer Building. Furthermore, etchings by well-known artist, Richard Haas, will be displayed, featuring NYC’s most popular and beloved spots, including (but not limited to) the Flatiron Building, the Chrysler Building, and Grand Central Station.
Please join us and invite your friends for drinks and art on Friday, June 30th, from 7 to 10 PM, for a celebration of the spirit of New York artwork.
To attend the free event please RSVP on Eventbrite.
