Bruce W. Heinemann received his BA in Anthropology from the University of Washington in 1976 and is an award winning photographer of landscapes for over thirty years. He is the author, photographer, and publisher of multiple best selling nature books as well as a cinematographer and co-producer of an inspirational video series.

His images have appeared commercially in Sierra Magazine, Audubon, Outdoor Photographer, Alaska Airlines, National Geographic, and various financial, insurance, non-profit, healthcare, and real estates companies. His artwork is also part of quite a few corporate collections.

He currently resides in the San Juan Islands of Washington State.
